About Detox

The diet that is arranged to remove harmful substances entering the body due to environmental factors is called detox.

You can use it as a transition step to regular feeding. People who have various reasons such as fatigue, weakness, edema, and still life may prefer. However, it is important to note that pregnant women, children under the age of 18, those with health problems (diabetes, chronic diseases such as kidneys) do not have to enter the detox at all. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before detox.

Instead of telling you what you need to eat, like experts, we share this post with a view to explain detox to you in general.

Whether you're in detox or not, remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is an all-day meal. We recommend eating protein and carbohydrates. Granola or smoothie will be the right choice for you. Red fruits with antioxidant properties will be a perfect choice.

Grilled vegetables with olive oil, fresh appetizers, will be good options for lunch and it won't make you feel bloated.

You can close the day with a healthy final meal by choosing protein or vegetables for your evening meals. Chicken, legumes, salads with plenty of greens.
