Ingredients
- 4 eggplant
- 3 tomato
- 3 capia pepper
- 4 green pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
Directions
- Heat the oven to 392°F (200°C)
- Cook the eggplant, tomatoes and peppers in the oven
- Let them cool and peel the shells and chop finely and mix them in a bowl
- Crush the garlic and add to the mixture
- Add chili peppers, cumin, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt and mix well.
- Take it to the serving plate and serve

- Use greasy paper when cooking vegetables in the oven
- Put holes on the eggplants and peppers with a knife before cooking
