How To Cut Sweet Potato Fries?
Cutting Matchsticks
It's very easy to prepare thin-sliced sweet potatoes. Here are the steps:
First, peel the skins of the potatoes with the help of a knife or peeler. Roll the potato on the cutting board to find the flattest side.
