How To Store Baked Tofu?
Before you store baked tofu, make sure you let it cool down and reach room temperature. Place it in an air-tight container and refrigerate. It will last for up to 5 days. When storing baked tofu, make sure you don't store it in any sauce, or it won't stay crispy and will turn soggy.
You can also store baked tofu by freezing it. Once it is cool enough, place it on a tray and flash freeze for about 4 hours. Take the tray out of the freezer and transfer the tofu to a freezer-safe container or plastic zip lock bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. Simply reheat it by baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until it is crispy again. You don’t need to thaw frozen baked tofu.
