Ingredients
- 2.2 pounds of lamb
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 9 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons of rice
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Directions
- Salt the meat and cook thoroughly. Remove the meat after cooking. Keep the water of it in a separate bowl.
- Put the pan on the stove and add some water. Chop the meat, add the crushed garlic, chili peppers, boiled rice. Then, boil the mixture.
- Serve by adding garlic.
