Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of black eyed bean
- 1 cup of buckwheat
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 8 cups of water
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of dry mint
Directions
- Extract the wheat and black bean and put in a pot. Add some water and cook until softening.
- Add flour into the yogurt for the dressing and pulp. Add some water of soup and stir until it is warm.
- When the soup is boiling, add the yogurt mixture and stir quickly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Roll over melted butter and serve with mint.
