  1. Chop the garlic, onion and pepper in a small way and sauté. Throw some salt while sautéing. Add tomato and pepper paste. Then, mix them. Add some black pepper and chili flakes.
  2. Peel the tomatoes, add them with mushrooms into the mixture.
  3. Add the fish fillet.
  4. Add water to make it a little watery.
  5. Add bay leaves, thyme and rosemary. Then, continue cooking. Remove the bay leaves, thyme and rosemary after cooking.
