Ingredients
- 4 shallot onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cauliflower
- 8 leaves curry
- 2 teaspoons of seed mustard
- 1/2 red chilli
- 0.7 pound of pea
- 4 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of water
Directions
- Peel the onions and garlic and slice them. Cut cauliflower in the form of flowers.
- Add oil to a saucepan and heat. Fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the curry leaves and half of the mustard, whisk quickly.
- Add cauliflower, pepper, peas and coconut milk.
- Add the water to the saucepan and boil. Reduce heat and cook for 40 minutes with occasional stirring.
- Garnish with mustard and curry leaves and serve.
