Ingredients
- 0.7 pound of chicken meat
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 tablespoon of pine nut
- 2 tablespoons of black currant
- 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 onion
- 1.1 pounds of chestnut
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Put finely chopped onions, chopped chicken meat, pine nuts and oil in the pot. Cook until the water get drain on low heat. Put 4 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes. Cook the washed rice by adding the currant and salt.
- Cook the chestnuts.
- Cut the chestnuts and put them on the rice. Infuse for 10-15 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
