Ingredients
- 4 eggplant
- 4 green pepper
- 4 tomato
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 cups of sunflower oil
Directions
- Peel the eggplant in strips along the length, make 3-4 slices lengthwise. Fry in oil. Then fry the peppers.
- Remove excess oil, leave a little oil in the pot.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic and salt on the eggplant, pepper it and place the separated oil on top. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
