Ingredients
- 1 cup of durum wheat
- 4 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Some salt
Directions
- Boil the dovme with 4 cups of water. After boiling, cook until rice is consistent. Add some more hot water if necessary.
- After cooking, let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roast the butter in a separate bowl and pour over the dovme.
