Ingredients
- 4 eggplant
- 3 tomato
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cube of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 olive oil
- 1 cup of water
Directions
- Wash the eggplant and tomatoes. Then, cube the ingredients.
- Put eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, sugar, salt and olive oil in the pot. Add boiling water on the mixture. Cook until the eggplant softens.
- Serve it after cooling.
