Ingredients
- 1.7 pounds of fish
- 1/4 fresh lemon juice
- 8 scallion
- 1 tomato
- 1.1 pounds of potato
- 1 water
- 9 pieces of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 3 pieces of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Directions
- Wash the fish and dry with a paper towel.
- Pour lemon juice over them and let stand for a while.
- Cook green onions in a pan. Add tomatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes, parsley, ketchup, garlic, water, salt and ginger and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
- Add the fish. Cook for another 15 minutes until the fish is cooked. Open the lid and cook until the sauce is dark. Serve hot.
