Ingredients
- 1.1 pounds of sliced squid
- 1/2 cup of club soda
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Put the squid in a bowl. Pour mineral water over it and let it stand for 1 hour. Wash by rubbing.
- Dip them in a salt and flour mix. Fry in hot oil and serve.
