Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 potato
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of boiled quinoa
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 sprig of dill
- 2 cups of sunflower oil
Directions
- Boil the carrots, zucchini and potatoes.
- Grate the vegetables, add into eggs, boiled quinoa, finely chopped parsley and dill. Knead the mixture by hand.
- Put some oil in the pan and make it hot. Fry the small pieces from the mixture in oil.
