Ingredients
- 2 pounds of green bean
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
- 4 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cubes of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of water
Directions
- Wash the green beans. Remove the string and cut them in half lengthy and largely.
- Wash and grate tomatoes.
- Put oil in the pan. Add the onion and garlic. Then, saute. Add tomatoes and fry. Add salt and granulated sugar together with the beans and continue to roast..
- Pour hot water over it and cook until the beans soften. Coll in the pan and serve.
