Ingredients
- 2 lemon
- 9 sprigs of mint
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 4 cups of water
Directions
- Put mint leaf and half lemon peel into the press. Add a teaspoon of sugar and bray until crushed.
- Melt the remaining sugar in 4 cups of water.
- Mix the lemon juice and the mixture you prepared. Filter through a clean cheesecloth and serve.
