Directions

  1. Boil red lentils. Put the cracked wheat before cooking and cook both. Consistency should be solid.
  2. Knead after cooling. Add tomato paste, pepper paste, chili flakes, salt, black pepper and continue kneading.
  3. Roast onions in olive oil, add on top of other ingredients and mix.
  4. Cut the scallion and parsley in small pieces and mix with the meatballs but do not knead.
  5. After squeezing, serve with greens.
