Ingredients
- 2 cups of red lentil
- 1 cup of cracked wheat
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 onion
- 1/2 sprig of parsley
- 4 sprigs of scallion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
Directions
- Boil red lentils. Put the cracked wheat before cooking and cook both. Consistency should be solid.
- Knead after cooling. Add tomato paste, pepper paste, chili flakes, salt, black pepper and continue kneading.
- Roast onions in olive oil, add on top of other ingredients and mix.
- Cut the scallion and parsley in small pieces and mix with the meatballs but do not knead.
- After squeezing, serve with greens.
