What Is Carbonara?
Carbonara is a pasta dish from Italy. The sauce is made with pancetta (Italian version of bacon) and it also has eggs, cheese like parmesan or pecorino cheese, and usually some black pepper on top. It tastes amazing and it is very easy to prepare.
How To Make Carbonara Sauce?
To make the sauce, first, fry some pancetta in a pan. Then cut up (or grate) parmesan cheese and pecorino cheese. Add egg yolks to the frying pan with the pancetta and mix everything together well. Pour on some pasta water if you need extra sauce.
Can I Use Another Type of Cheese in the Sauce?
Yes, you can. Some other types of cheese would go well with carbonara sauce. Some examples of those kinds of cheese are raclette, gruyere cheese, and Emmental.

How To Store Spaghetti Carbonara?
