Ingredients
- 2 potato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Chop the potatoes like apple slices. Fry in hot oil.
- Sauté the chopped onions in olive oil in a separate pan. Add the tomato paste and fry.
- Finely chop the parsley. Mix all the other ingredients.
- Add the potatoes and season with the spices.
