Ingredients
- 3 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 8 sprigs of parsley
Directions
- Put the chopped onion and oil in the pot and soften by stirring. Add flour and feed. Add water and salt and boil.
- Grate the potatoes and add to the soup and cook until tender. Filter and put in another pot.
- Beat the egg with milk. Warm with broth and add to the soup. Stir quickly. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
