Directions

  1. Put the chopped onion and oil in the pot and soften by stirring. Add flour and feed. Add water and salt and boil.
  2. Grate the potatoes and add to the soup and cook until tender. Filter and put in another pot.
  3. Beat the egg with milk. Warm with broth and add to the soup. Stir quickly. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
