Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 slice of kashari cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze the juice.
- Grate the kashari cheese and add to the potato.
- Crush the garlic and add to the mix with salt and pepper.
- Add the egg yolk and mix.
- Cook this mixture in the toaster.
