Ingredients
- 0.6 pound of chicken meat
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of pine nut
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of black currant
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cube of granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cups of rice
- 3 cups of water
Directions
- Boil the chickens. Separate it from the bones.
- Put the finely chopped onions, peanuts and olive oil in a pot. Wait until the peanuts gets darken a little bit.Then, add water and boil.
- Add the rice, grapes, salt and granulated sugar. Cook for a few minutes and then over low heat for 25 minutes.
- Add small chopped chicken meat close to cooking. Add cinnamon. Cover the paper and let it rest for 10 minutes.
