Ingredients
- 4 cups of bone broth
- 2 tablespoons of semolina
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Directions
- Put the semolina in the pot. Add the broth while stirring. Add salt and cook it for 15 minutes.
- Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl. Add to the soup with warming oil. Bring to a boil.
- Serve with parsley.
