Ingredients
- 3 eggplant
- 1/2 cup of chickpea
- 10 ounces of stew meat
- 3 tomato
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Soak the chickpeas in 3 cups of water.
- Cut the eggplants and tomatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Add the oil to the saucepan and roast with onion and garlic. Add chickpeas and meat. Add eggplants and tomatoes close to the end and cook until tender.
- Add lemon juice and bring to a boil.
