Ingredients
- 2.2 pounds of strawberry
- 1,5 lemon
- 8 cups of granulated sugar
Directions
- Wash the strawberries with plenty of water and strain. Extract the stems and place them in a saucepan in a layer of strawberries and a layer of sugar. Leave for one night.
- Put the stove without adding any water to the strawberries. Boil first at medium temperature and then until it becomes proper jam consistency. Add lemon juice and boil.
- Pour into a warm and clean jar. After cooling, close the lid tightly.
