Stuffed Bell Peppers with Meat

Ingredients
- 0.7 pound of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of rice
- 2 onion
- 3 tomato
- 8 sprigs of parsley
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1.1 pounds of bell pepper
Directions
- For the inside mixture, put the ground beef in a bowl, add finely chopped onions, parsley, rice, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper and mix.
- Wash the peppers and remove the top part by pressing into it. Remove the cores and fill them with the mixture. Put the top part back on.
- Place it on the the pan. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and pour boiling water. Cook for about 30 minutes at a mild temperature.
