Stuffed Rice with Nuts

Ingredients
- 6.4 ounces of pine nut
- 6.4 ounces of almond
- 0.6 pound of chestnut
- 0.8 pound of rice
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of allspice
Directions
- Heat the butter and olive oil. Add pine nuts and almonds and sauté.
- Wash the rice in hot water for 15-20 minutes and soak it.
- Add the black pepper, chili peppers and salt over the roasted nuts.
- Add the soaked rice into the mix. Add 3 cups of water in it and stir and boil.
- Reduce the heat once it boils.
- Boil the chestnuts and peel them. Add to the cooked rice.
