Stuffed Vegetables with Meat

Ingredients
- 1.1 pounds of ground beef
- 1,5 cup of rice
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 2.2 pounds of bell pepper
Directions
- On minced meat, add finely chopped onion, garlic, rice, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cumin and mix.
- Fill the peppers or the vegetables you prefer with the prepared mix. Cover the opening of the vegetables with tomato slices. Put them in a pan.
- Mix tomato paste, half lemon juice, salt, olive oil and pour into the pan. Make sure the sauce mix doesn't go above the vegetables. Put a weight on the vegetables while they are cooking. First cook on high heat and then cook on lower heat.
