Ingredients
- 1 cup of raspberry
- 1 cup of blackberry
- 1 cup of strawberry
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of chia
Directions
- Wash the fruit and clean the stems.
- Put red berries and water in a large saucepan. Boil over medium heat with frequent stirring. After boiling, cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.
- Add chia seeds and mix. Then, again cook for 3 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before placing in refrigerator or freezer.
