Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dry basil
- 1 capia pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of dry mint
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 cups of water
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 4 pieces of turkish tarhana
Directions
- Finely chop the capia pepper, boil with tarhana.
- Put yogurt in a bowl and add hot boiled water of tarhana. Add to pot and stir until boiling.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat. Add tomato paste and roast. Add the mint, basil and mix them. Pour the sauce over the tarhana and serve.
