Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 leaves mint
Directions
- Put the parsley and the ginger in water and boil it.
- After it boils, add honey, lemon juice and fresh mint into the mix.
- Drink it hot.
