Ingredients
- 1.1 pounds of tripe
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 7 cups of water
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon of chili flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Directions
- Clean the rumen with a knife and wash with plenty of water. Cook in a pressure cooker and cut thin.
- Crush the flour with 1 cup of water. Add water from the soup and mix until warm. Pour into the soup and stir quickly. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Melt the oil in the pan and add chili peppers.
- Take the oil that you melt on your soup. Serve with crushed garlic, lemon juice or vinegar.
