Ingredients
- 2.2 pounds of stew meat
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3.2 ounces of tail fat
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
Directions
- Chop the tail fat and cook it. After its cooked, put the excess oil in a bowl and set it aside.
- Add the stew meat in the pan on the remaining tail fat and cook at high temperature until boiling. Then cook at a low temperature for 2-3 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Season with spices close to cooking.
- When the meat is cooked, put the tail oil and mix well. Continue to cook over low heat.
