Ingredients
- 1 pack of phyllo dough
- 10 tablespoons of pistachio
- 10 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 4.8 ounces of clotted cream
Directions
- Put the clotted cream, peanut and powdered sugar in the middle of the phyllo dough.
- You can cook in two ways. The first option is to fry in oil and the second is to cook in iron plate.
- Serve with clotted cream and powdered pistachios.
