How is Dough Leavened?
The first thing you need to pay attention to when making dough is that the ingredients are at room temperature. Ingredients such as oil and milk should be warm. If you are using wet or dry yeast, first mix the yeast with the oil and sugar in a bowl. After waiting for 15 minutes, add it to the flour mixture. If you are using instant yeast, you can add it to the flour mixture without waiting time.

If it breaks when you stretch the dough to check, keep kneading for a while. If you are using fresh yeast or dried yeast, make sure to let it stand.
In cold weather, the dough is harder to leaven. In these cases, you can heat the dough in the oven for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 212°F. Put the bowl of dough and a bowl of water in the oven. This way, the fermentation time will be shortened.
