Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 5 cups of water
- 3.5 ounces of brown sugar
- 1.5 ounces of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 5 ounces of bitter chocolate
Directions
- Put milk, water, sugar and salt in a pot, heat over medium heat.
- Beat water (4 tablespoons) and cocoa powder to prevent lumps in a bowl, then pour into milk mixture and stir.
- Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Boil the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool completely before putting it in the refrigerator. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
