  1. Preheat the oven to 428 °F (220 °C).
  2. While the oven is warming, peel and wash the carrot, fresh thyme, onion, potato, broccoli, and garlic.
  3. Chop the ingredients you wash roughly and place them on the baking tray.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, salt and black pepper on them and bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Then melt the butter and add flour in a pot. Then add 1 liter of vegetable stock and keep cooking.
  6. When the vegetables come out of the oven, add the roasted vegetables to the pot and cook for a while.
  7. Put the cooked ingredients in a mixer, and mix them until you get a smooth consistency.
  8. Boil the mix, and your soup is ready.
