Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons of baby spinach
- 2 cups of apple juice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 banana
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of grated fresh root ginger
- 2 ice
- 8 tablespoons of chard
Directions
- Add baby spinach, apple juice, cucumber, lemon juice, banana and ginger (optional) into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice to your temperature preference.
