Ingredients
- 6 zucchini
- 2 tomato
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of rice
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 olive oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 sunflower oil
Directions
- Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.
- Wash and grate the tomatoes.
- Wash and drain the rice.
- Put the oil in the pan and fry finely chopped onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes and mix.
- Add the zucchini and turn 1-2 times. Add boiling water.
- Add salt, rice, olive oil and sugar and mix. Cook with the lid closed until the zucchini softens.
- After cooling, serve with dill.
